This money was well spent. I read many reviews. That is my experience. Bought January 2018. All cups work. No breakage or cracks. I didn't have any suction problems. Directions were in English. No problems with pump or extension cord. Works great and effective for pain. Easy to use. My back pain subsides after 10 minutes. Really good quick fix. Perhaps many negative reviewers need to take a deep breath, take their time and start over. The cups are really easy to use. And more often than not, if you drop something made of hard plastic or glass on the floor, it will break or shatter. And if one breaks, you have 16 more cups to deal with the pain. To be honest, it was a good, relatively inexpensive investment. Would buy again. Would give more than five stars if I could.
