It's more compression

My wife was suffering from swollen feet and wanted to test this thing out. The name may be misleading in my opinion as it refers to a massager, which I don't believe, but it's more of a compression machine. The principle of operation is that there are several types of airbags that can be inflated using a portable device. These sacs begin to inflate at their lowest point at the ankles and then rise higher towards the knees. In a way, pushing back the fluids is the best way I can think of. It has several settings, some of which can be too strong. It has a heater, which is fine too, but it can also get too hot, so set it up however you like. When the device pumps air, you can hear the small pump working, it's not very loud, but it's not quiet either. As you can see from the photos, you can also wrap it around your legs. This device gets a little small if you use it with thick pants, especially if you have large calves. So far we think it helps get over some of the swelling.

Pros
  • Electric massagers
Cons
  • fragile
