Very easy to use! Unpacked and filled water tank and cold packs! Switched on and immediately felt cold air! Before that there was another model, it cooled normally. But this one is REALLY COOL. Because it was so hot and heat approaching I've had so many restless nights waking up hot and sweaty and now with it! This is a game changer! I LOVE THIS BLOCK. The sleep mode works really well if you don't want it on all night! The remote control is small and VERY easy to use, if you are comfortable in bed you can set it up from there! And it's quieter than my fan! All you hear and feel is a cold breeze which is amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! You don't want to suffer on hot nights or when the sun is beating down and bringing heat through the windows! This thing keeps my room and BIG SPACE downstairs SUPER COOL!
