5 stars for customer service. When I first received. The quality control of the lamps could be better. When I first got my lightbulbs, 1 out of 12 didn't work. It's not physically damaged, it just didn't turn on. The rest worked fine and dimmed as expected. They are a bit warmer in color but I don't mind that and I think it might be a dimmer rather than incandescent. Note, however, that you may get the same result if you switch to a dimmer setting. I have had no response from the customer service address on the card but I emailed the seller through Revain and received a replacement package immediately.
