The ability to view all relevant information about your patients in one place makes it very easy for us as staff to keep track of our current cases (see status changes/additions) when we are not physically at work. It is also great because you can see which clients may be waiting longer than expected before their treatment begins! I dislike how quickly time passes by with this tool since there isn't an option to pause the display if needed. This could potentially cause problems for those who need to wait for a long period of time. Make sure that you understand what each color represents on the dashboard so that you know exactly where they are within the system. We use this software mainly to show others that we have taken over someones case until they get back from vacation etc. This allows them to easily access any info regarding their case while they are away.
