Prepare to be disappointed

1.- Prepare to be disappointed, the keyboard disappears every time you press a key. Your support could be worse. If you look for this problem, it goes in circles. 2.- No manual, no online video instructions, it seems the mickey mouse operation is amazing, you should basically listen and watch a lay video to get the solution. 3.- They try to control you with their services and emails. just like google, apple etc. they are fighting for control and we are right in the middle of it. You can get Youtube, you can get Flash. etc. If you get another brand they do the same.
