Very convenient; Dimensions/Length may be slightly shorter than you might think; Order larger. The sowing on the front part of the strap that presses against the strap sticks out a little so if the loops on the strap are small it is VERY difficult to pull the strap out of the loops when removing it.

Cons
- The buckle on this strap is quite heavy, which may cause discomfort and irritation for some users if worn for a long time.
