Gel and Rasp work GREAT! With Winterkicks I started to develop severe cracks in my healing and after a few uses my feet look and feel almost new. I was a little nervous about trying this at first as some of the other reviews made it sound super dangerous, but just use gloves when applying (only 1 pair included so will definitely need to buy more) and wash with plenty of soap and water - no skin burns, no rasp cuts etc. I only left it on for the minimal amount of time (3 minutes) and it worked great. Just read the instructions, don't apply the gel to rough skin, don't put too much pressure with the rasp and stop using it. grate before the skin feels uncomfortable from pressure. The rasp works really well on its own just to keep my healing smooth between uses with the gel.
