No doubt this will get rid of your calluses but be careful! A foot file is essentially a cheese grater. I was so overwhelmed by the amount of dead skin that was easily removed that I hit a part of my foot that wasn't callous and ended up with a REALLY big cut! This is an incredible combination. The gel is definitely a secret, but another secret is to soak your feet in very warm water with a good quality foot bath before use. I used lavender bath salts and soaked longer than intended. As the instructions state, if you use a rasp before applying the gel, you'll be amazed and frankly embarrassed at how much dead skin comes off. Just be careful! The rasp will remove skin to the bone if you let it. Respect is key; The rasp works, but it must be respected.

Gel and Rasp work GREAT! With Winterkicks I started to develop severe cracks in my healing and after a few uses my feet look and feel almost new.
