Review on 🐠 Finnex Planted+ 24/7 LED KLC Aquarium LED Light: Full Spectrum, Automated Fish Tank Light | 24-Inch by Jerome Pritchard

I ordered this light for my 29 gallon tank. I have an aquarium with a rim and a glass lid. Lightweight legs are available for rimmed or rimless aquariums. The rim of my aquarium is no more than 3/4 inch, but the glass lid does not allow the lights to be properly attached with the screws that come with the flashlight. When I tried the rimless version of the legs, it seemed a little unstable because it was just sitting on the rim with nothing stabilizing it. So I used the rimmed version of the legs, although they are not attached properly due to my lid, this seemed the most stable to me. My glass lid may be too thick for this light, so I know how thick your lid is. I have an Aqueon 30x12 flip jar lid. For now I'm letting it work until I figure out how to make the light even safer. Aside from that, the light itself is amazing! I love how it gives my aquarium a 24 hour lighting schedule. It's pre-programmed with a 24-hour schedule, but you can adjust the lighting with the remote control. There are endless possibilities to customize the 24/7 lighting scheme. What is so great! The only thing I don't like is the lighting function. It's like a strobe light and it scares my fish. It's a cool concept, but I'm not 100% sure on this feature yet. Lights take my tank up a notch because they really highlight my tank's traits. I love how I can leave this device on throughout the day and it gradually changes the lighting. It really is such a cool addition. My plants love this light and they are blooming and looking better than ever! I was struggling with their "sad" looks, but with this lighting and some Seachem fertilizer they are looking better every day! I am very, very happy about that! I also noticed that my fish became livelier! I have angelfish and tiger barbel (I know they shouldn't be paired but I've had them together for 3 months now and haven't seen any fin biting issues. In fact my angelfish seems to be mastering the barbs around lol). much more! He always hid during the day and I only saw him late at night. I know Plecos are nocturnal but he seems to love the light as he runs a lot more! I catch him sucking driftwood during the day and am very happy that he feels comfortable. I am over the moon with how happy my fish are with their new realistic lighting! I have an aquarium in my room and I noticed that the temperature in my room went up a bit. I'm not sure if it's the 2 filters I'm using (1 is new), my TV or other electronics, but I'd like to point out that this light does produce some warmth throughout the room it's placed in generated. It's not a big deal, but it might bother some. Generally buy! It's good. My fish and plants look great and I am 100% happy with this purchase.
