If you care about your lungs, don't hesitate to buy them. I sprayed in a 1 car garage for 45 minutes and didn't notice any smoke at all. I went outside and put my mask on and had to run back to the garage to get something and nearly choked to death for 5 seconds. I opened the garage and saw thick fog coming out. Make sure your mask fits snugly, and as soon as you smell the pollutant you're working with, it's time to replace it. In my example, I could draw in this environment for about 80-90 minutes before altering it.
