I use this for SD cards and external hard drives. The general idea is great. It's really terrible to use. Any slight movement of my MacBook makes it pop out and every time there is a risk of corrupting my files. Not to mention that Lightroom crashes every time this happens (which is 5+ times a day). This is incredibly frustrating and I will get another design as soon as possible. If you need it for a reason similar to mine, check out another design. It is not worth. If you only need it to charge your headphones or something else and aren't using any important files, then it's fine.
