I list the measurements at the end to hopefully give you an idea of the size. This is a simple hoodie but very cute and bright green! My little one loves to be given something soft as she upsets a lot of tissue (she has a sensory processing disorder). This sweater is very soft and warm. It sheds a few fluffy balls from the inner lining - mostly before the first wash - not uncommon in my opinion, even for some of the adult sweaters I own. I have a feeling it fits her a little better - or at least fits up to a size 10 better, although the large size is usually perfect for sweatshirts. At a glance you can see the sleeves falling under her fingers, but she can comfortably hold them on her wrists. The length of the sweater falls almost like a tunic and falls under the buttocks. I think it looks really cute and she wants to keep wearing it. Her measurements are: Sleeve: 23 inches. Chest: 25.5 inches.
