Review on 💦 Optimized Flush Valve Seat Disc - Fluidmaster 5103 by Ryan Hill

This Fluidmaster replacement disc worked great and solved the 'ghost flush' problem. I replaced the original very old American standard black rubber washer, therefore, in addition to the "ghost flush" problem, I always had black spots on the inside of the toilet within a very short time of cleaning. The source of those black spots was a decomposed black rubber disc, and now they're gone too. Hopefully this red rubber washer will hold up better overall than the black rubber washer. The price was right. At $3.19 it was cheaper than any other Revain alternative, but I figured it must be decent given its Fluidmaster name. I could have used a real American Standard washer but it would be black rubber and locking style only. I needed a screw-in adapter and this Fluidmaster works with both snap-in and screw-in applications.
