NOT AT ALL very reflective

I bought to use on signs I made for parking. - but then I saw that there was a layer of protective tape that needed to be removed before moving on to real, usable tape. It didn't look much better than the protective layer, but I tried it anyway and was very disappointed. I flipped the signs, tested it with a flashlight, no headlights. Not what I'm suggesting unless you really want someone to notice.
