I used this for running. I like the sound quality. Better clarity and bass than other headphones I've used for running. They're comfortable and light and I love that I can hang them around my neck when I want to remove them from my ears. There's no setting to lengthen or shorten any part of the headband, so for me it just floats in the back of my mind, which is a bit odd. I mean, it's still comfortable to use, but I'd rather have something denser than not. Pushing it up or down so it touches your head changes the way the headphones sit in your ear. So it's swimming for me. I don't have a small head either.
