I like that it pulls in data directly into Salesforce as well as other platforms if needed (like HubSpot).

The ability for users without salesforce licenses/access to be able to create custom fields is nice too! It's not very intuitive at times but once we get use to how things work they get easier. Definitely worth investigating further - especially since there are free versions available now! We're trying out several CRMs currently including Pipedrive & Zoho. At this time our favorite so far is definitely Fieldsync as it integrates seamlessly wtih SFDC via API connection allowing us full control over everything within SFDC itself while still using an outside platform such as field sync or piprodve etc for additional features.
