I was looking for a controller stand during a sale and saw this as the #1 new at a reasonable price. I have tried this company's headphone mount in the past so as a regular customer I had high hopes that they would match the consistently good quality of their other product lines. The fact is. Inside the pieces were sealed and the smaller pieces were in bags which were also labeled (took some photos of these). This included a short paper with 1-6 pictures on how to assemble it. The images were a bit blurry but definitely enough to figure out what needed to be connected. After staring at it for a few minutes, it fell apart. Everything was ready and ready to go. I have multiple controllers from different Xbox 360, SNES, PS3/PS4 consoles and I haven't had any issues with any of them.
