When I first opened the box I thought it was broken because the large roller had snapped out of the metal. I was frustrated for a moment before realizing how easily it clicked into place. I've been using it for a week now and I can say I really like it! Compared to the older and more expensive rose quartz roller I had, this is the best! It seems to glide very smoothly over the contours of my face with the right amount of pressure and doesn't squeak! My old one creaked right out of the box. Rose quartz keeps out the cold pretty well, which is why I keep it in my skincare fridge with sheet masks and serums. It is used daily to gently massage serums into my skin. The smaller side is good because it presses a little under the eyes, which noticeably helps with puffiness. It's easy to clean with a mild detergent (I use baby soap to clean all my makeup and skincare products) and seems durable enough to last a while.
