Update: The toaster broke after a while. No help or response from manufacturer. Stay away. I've wanted a new toaster for a long time and was intrigued by the grills on this one so decided to give it a try. My family really enjoyed the page with examples of how dark the toast would be at each setting. After testing it, we found that it is very accurate. You don't have to guess how dark the toast will be. We also really like the warming racks and all the options for them. Warming up rolls, cookies, etc. I appreciate being able to toast 4 slices at a time for my extended family, as well as the wide slots for bagels. I'm glad I bought it.
