Review on ๐Ÿ”จ Senco PC0781 Pneumatic Palm Nailer: Compact and Powerful Nail Gun for Enhanced Efficiency by Hayden Hart

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Don't buy this tool if you want a leather handle!

This tool is great for driving 16 pent nails quickly. However, after 5 minutes of brief use, the supplied leather handle came loose and the instrument fell to the ground. Thankfully, the nail hammer is otherwise solidly built and survived the fall with a small dent in the corner. The leather used to make the handle is no thicker than the leather used to make cheap work gloves, it is perforated at the seams and tears right along the perforations on the back strap. I called Senco and was told they had just been hired. Leather handle (not surprising) and that they don't stock a replacement and nothing is known about future stocks. My only options are to return the Revain tool or live without the hilt. This tool does a good job driving nails and a leather handle is not required for most jobs. However, if you work on ladders and/or plan to use them for a long period of time, the handle becomes more valuable. It's a pity, at least for Senco, that the handles aren't made from suitable substitute materials! I've been a regular Senco user for many years and own several of their nailers. Few palm manufacturers push nails as big as this one, but I'm looking at other options and hope to return these if I can. Hope that helps.
