The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that the wrapping of the bag was very dirty. I opened the package and the package was dirty too. I had to fix the zippers as none of them worked properly. I bought it in gray and it looks more like light lavender than grey. The bag is badly crumpled. I didn't expect it to have a perfectly rounded shape, but I didn't expect it to be so broken either. The inside of the bag feels cheap and flimsy. But it stands on its own which is a plus and the size is good. This is my first opinion.
