I would increase the size for adults but keep the same size for kids. The fabric is thinner than I would like but nice and comfortable.

- Both of our dresses fit perfectly! The fit was as expected. Decent stretch. Very convenient.
Cons
- The sizing was odd and the waist was in an odd spot too - had to be returned.
