Okay, so I open the box and started to read the instructions and it said that it would take about 30 minutes and it recommended that 2 people put it together. I did this solo and it took me 3 hours. I am not an expert on putting things together but I was tired of sleeping on the floor and I didn't want to pay a bunch of money to have someone put a bed together.so I dove in. What took a longtime was decoding the instruction. There was a part that included the "k" screw. The problem I had was there were no "k" screws listed. So it wasn't until I watched the video that I realized that the "k" screw was a type of screw. So I guessed which one to use and hoped for the best. I didn't like the written instructions but the video was spot on. I tore up the written paper and just watched the video and tada three hours later I took a nap in my new bed.
