Furnace flush sent without proper sealing. Approximately 15% of the content was lost and everything it contained was obscured. Luckily the other items were well packed. It also appeared to be very thin and when I opened it up not only was it separated but there was a hard lump on the underside as if it had been standing for months. I'm not sure if this is some sort of oven wash that can be recreated without using a blender or something. I broke the lump and stirred again, but the consistency didn't suit me. There's really no way to tell if everything will be okay if and until I have an accident, but I'm not at all sure about that. It sank into the furnace brick well, but it would take several layers to use. I've used other oven cleaners in the same way, but this is the thinnest I've ever gotten. It was also very poorly packaged. I have posted a photo of another one I received from another company that is packaged in a way that it will not spill and even if spilled it would not ruin the other items packaged inside. I would not order this unless you are 100% sure nothing else is included as there is a high risk of damage. It's also no better than average and more expensive than most. I do not recommend this.
