Mixed feelings. It will scratch the toilets. No interchangeable heads

So it's a really cool tool but I have mixed feelings about it due to a few flaws. First, it doesn't really work for too many applications. I would not recommend using it on most toilets. 99% of the time, a clogged toilet isn't in your pipes, it's in the toilet itself. The 3-foot toilet auger is inexpensive and will clean most toilets in 30 seconds. Also, the toilet snail has a protective plastic cover that won't scratch the bottom of your toilet, while this Worx will definitely scratch your toilet. Also, it has a small head that is not removable or interchangeable. It's almost a deal killer for me - the product description says it cleans up to 2" pipes (packaging says 3" pipes). But the point is that it only punches a hole in the clog, it won't cut through a large clog and it won't help against corrosion in your pipes. There's no reason they couldn't add interchangeable bits, and I could actually cut the tip off and add my own bits to make it a more versatile tool. . Usually, the lube narrows the inside diameter of the pipe significantly, and a small piece of food is enough to clog it completely. This Worx drain auger squeezes out a small piece of food, but isn't big enough to actually drain the pipe of fat or expand its diameter. You'll still have the same slow drain until the next time it clogs. I also have a larger 50ft drill with interchangeable heads. I have used this machine to clean garden drains, gutters, basement pipes, swimming pool, street drains, rust and debris from 2nd floor drain pipe to basement. and this worx will not work for any of those things. Actually, this is primarily a sink cleaner - for kitchen and bathroom sinks, maybe also for bathtubs or showers. And if that's all you need, you can pick up a 20- or 25-foot manual drill at your local hardware store for less than $10. If you like the idea of a motorized drill, you can find one that works like a drill bit so you don't have to look for another battery, charger, etc. I love this thing, it's pretty light. , easy to use, compatible with my other Worx tools. But I have two problems with the device itself. First, it's hard to clean - you really have to wipe the snake when you drag it in or all that crap gets stored in the machine itself. Second, this has two different forward/reverse controls - both on the trigger and the grip - and sometimes they conflict with each other. So if you accidentally pull the trigger backwards and the grip forward, it will slip into idle and just spin around without actually doing anything. It's a bit confusing to keep track of two different settings. I'll probably give it 3.5 stars for that. Make sure it works as intended.
