I bought this soundbar to put in my basement where I have a home gym. Unfortunately, the TV is only 20 watts per channel (x2) and with intensive work on the treadmill I could not hear the TV very well. I decided to buy a soundbar to make this problem go away so I can walk around and still hear the audio from every show I watch. So I bought this soundbar and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. While the overall sound is cleaner, it doesn't get any louder than my TV's speakers. Should it be 80 watts and not louder than some cheap TV speakers? I am incredibly disappointed in this soundbar and would recommend ANYONE to buy a soundbar elsewhere. What a waste of money.
