Depending on where I measure, they are 2.24 to 2.25 (0.09 inch) thick at the edges and 18.72 mm/0.737 inch wide. So over 1/2 inch wide and about 1/10 inch thick so pretty muscular. They can then be bent a bit with bare hands, so I wouldn't use them as, say, small shelf brackets, but more as corner supports and to ensure the designs are square. The quality is pretty good. As they advertise, no burrs and that's it. They have a matte finish and all hard edges have been slightly rounded. Even high quality stainless steel screws are included - 1/2 inch Phillips.
