I like: - how to easily change heads which is a bit more environmentally friendly - the look - the grip and how it can be left or right handed by changing the direction of the head - how you can have different heads buy for the pen (brush for floss or smooth). I really like the dental floss head. The cons for me are: - I want the head to go all the way into the grip, when you put it in there is a gap that makes it a less strong connection and when I clean it it sometimes cuts off. But also, I probably brush harder than I should. Things can get stuck where the head enters the handle and smell bad after a while. To fix this, I made a habit of unplugging, rinsing the handle and head daily, and unplugging it every night.
