I like that it is easy of use for anyone who has no technological background at all with this program! It's so simple you do not need any computer knowledge in order run everything properly without problems or mistakes!! The support team are also very helpful when needed but don't expect them every day around midnight (US Central) as they work during normal working hours only! Try out its free trial version first which will give an insight into how much time & resources would be required if used long term!! My target was simply keeping track /monitoring what people were doing online/on my sites - where their attention went while visiting our websites etc..

And then reporting back accordingly via email reports-etc...
