Pretty easy to put together if you follow the instructions. However, I had a bit of an issue with a wheel popping out. Once assembled, the rollator works as advertised. My 8 month old daughter loves the lights and sounds but has trouble shifting. The only reason the game didn't get 5 stars is because of the wheel locking. The front wheel has a locking feature designed to prevent the rollator from moving in a certain configuration. My daughter can still push it (on the carpet) when the lock is on. As long as the rollator is against a wall or a fixed piece of furniture, we avoid this problem.
