Genuine Tungsten will not cause discoloration or scratches. I've worn it every day since I bought it and worked on cars, landscaping, washing dishes, working in a hospital, etc. No scratches, dents or morphs! Very elegant, hard to find 1mm thick tungsten rings at a great price! I had a 2mm matte tungsten ring that lasted 8 years and doesn't look used. I wanted to replace it with a thinner ring instead of matte to match the engagement ring. It's not a perfect combination with white gold, but a nice finish.
