I've procrastinated for months and didn't bother to install them, but I wish I had done it a long time ago! I received these lights to install on our master vanity in a sock. We installed the outlet in the closet and just drilled a hole to run the power line to the sensor. The glue seems great but I haven't used it long enough to know the durability. However, it was so sticky that it was quite difficult to peel the blue film off the sticky backing of the lightstrip, but as soon as I peeled off the first corner it peeled free. The motion sensor is good and there are 3 time settings for duration before shutdown. I wasn't sure what the dimming range would be either and was happy with the results. It can go very bright or dim down to a really soft, low lume. (I can't seem to get a good image that doesn't blur, that doesn't blind a person like the photo suggests.)
