I wouldn't call top quality and they are true to size. Some are thin or slightly more shards. My son's physics teacher told him to take the "standard package" 750 for the project. That gives me at least twice as much headroom. If you are looking for a bargain price of 1500-2000 toothpicks and are happy to throw the rest in the compost then this is a four star product as long as the price stays low. If you are expecting 2500 good quality toothpicks then you are getting something close to a two or three star product.
