LONG cheeks in headstand
I had to trim the cheek at least 4 inches to match my painted mare. My blacksmith burned a new hole and cut off the end. The forehead and neck were perfectly sized to her; If she had large jaws, the ruff would probably be too tight. Also, the browband loop is very loose and the browband will slide down when not on horseback. I fixed this by running the cheek and neckline through the same loop in the forehead instead of two separate loops. Aside from these design flaws, the product is durable and easy to maintain.
