Everything we use!: Soap

That's all we use! One of the strategies God revealed to me to overcome years of terrible chronic fatigue was to stop using so many chemicals that tax my adrenal glands. We've switched to vinegar for most of our cleaning products, ditched scented candles and opted for fluoride-free toothpaste. We switched to Bronner's Liquid and Solid Castile Body Soap and Shampoo and never came back. I no longer suffer from crippling fatigue because we have only used natural care and cleaning products. While I don't trust just one product, I think our soap and shampoo were extremely important to start with. Castile is a natural product made from saponified vegetable oils. Very, very gentle (although I've read mixed reviews of peppermint, we personally don't find it too strong) on the skin, and if the peppermint is too strong maybe switch to something else, like orange. In addition, Bronner soap is scented with essential oils instead of chemicals. I no longer have dandruff, no more itchy scalp and no more dry skin. my hair is healthy My husband is recovering from a traumatic brain injury so I think natural foods are best for him too. We use mint and lavender. I'm considering getting some eucalyptus when my sinuses hurt. Husband lets me reorder Bronners before there's only 1 left on the shelf! I can't promise it will have the same beneficial effect on you, but it definitely works for us. Think of natural care for your health!
