Edit: I don't know what happened the first time, but I decided to try again. The second time I tried it, it worked really well except I had to keep my hands in hers for 15 minutes. He just melted. omg I was so excited to receive this and my fingers were in it for 30 minutes and nothing. My nails look the same as they did when I first put my fingers in the clippers. I'm not exactly sure what the W stands for as there are no instructions.
