I think this is what you need to get rid of calluses on your feet. These boards are very rough and do not keep the skin smooth. You will need to use a softer sanding board or buffer to remove these small scuffs. Do not use on the leg for too long, otherwise you will suffer the next day. Moderation is the key to this. The generous size covers a large area of the foot and heel. I can see quite a bit of skin dust flying off so I make sure to use them outside on the patio or pull out a chair on the lawn. Deducted 2 stars because they are really incredibly rough and I was hoping for a smoother finish. but it removes dead skin and possibly skin you want to keep. just be careful I will not buy again.
