I think this is what you need to get rid of calluses on your feet. These boards are very rough and do not keep the skin smooth. I use this to remove calluses on my dad's feet. She has the toughest calluses, but I don't want to use any other files on the market that look like cheese graters. This one works great. To make it easier to remove calluses, soak your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Clean up from there! Your feet look and feel smooth.
