Definitely recommended!
For the last 9 years I have worked on the farm wearing heavy boots and being constantly on my feet which resulted in very severe calluses on the heels and sides of the feet. and I could never find a good nail file. Well it exceeded all my expectations. The first time I used it, I got rid of the growths in about 2 years. just because someone else did my legs 2 years ago. But even as I held this nail file in my hands and scratched the soles of my feet, my hands were torn apart by the strength of the sand. I definitely recommend it!
