I unfortunately have neck and back pain and these pillows are a cheaper way to get the support I need than buying a hospital bed. The pillows arrived vacuum packed and all I had to do was pop them open and have them resized back to size which took hours. They had cases that I washed right after them. They are easy to remove as there is a zipper. Once they were fully washed and dried I put them back on the cushions and they didn't shrink and I had no trouble getting them back. I put them on my bed once and while I was still using one of my pillows to support my head, I found that I ended up having to remove it because the extra pillow that came with it was too big to support it. Not only does it help me sleep better at night, it also keeps me from waking up in the middle of the night from pain, and without painkillers. These pillows really give me the extra support I need and don't fall off. Not to mention, no matter if I move in the middle of the night, these pillows don't actually move. They stay in place and still provide the support I need throughout the night. Even during the day when I sleep I still get the support I want and need. All cushions are washable and repositionable, allowing you to fully sit, lie and sit, or simply lie down. No matter how I have them, the pillows never fall off and exceed my expectations. Really helped with my injuries and allowed me to get some much needed rest.
