I ordered the wrong size and they sent me a new one!
My husband and I ordered rings from them. Not sure yet if they are durable or how long they will last as we just ordered them but they are great and simple rings. When I first ordered my ring I ordered it too big so I contacted their customer service (they send you a postcard with their email address) and they sent me a ring straight away and I didn't have to send the old one back or anything . All in all it was a great experience and I love my plain black ring! This is great for the adventurous lifestyle my husband and I live.
