I bought this to wall mount my old 30" flat screen and the mount works and seems solid enough be. , and once installed really can't be modified without the tool provided to loosen and then tighten the screws which are located behind the TV near the center of the bracket. Also, the washers provided were too small to fit the screws provided to use for tree. All other hardware parts were included, which was good. Screws to attach the mount to the TV, wood/masonry screws, and drywall screws and anchors were included. A long hex wrench with a long extension for installing and tightening the screws to adjust the incline of the mount. Decent instructions recommend two people for installation. I would probably use this mount again knowing two things: 1) I may need to purchase additional shims and 2) I know that once the tilt is set I won't be changing it without a little work.
