Pros and cons of vertical filters

When I finally got them. I was excited because I needed new filters for my vacuum cleaner. What to have this vacuum cleaner for 3 years! I order Febreze fragrance. I have not received them. Disappointed in that. I put in a filter with a black case. You sent me the wrong size! So the black pins weren't aligned so I could slide and rotate them. So I'm looking at another one (because I have 2 packs). Thank goodness the size is right! In general, this purchase had both advantages and disadvantages.
