SPIKES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STRIP?

I'm very short and have a small head, but this tape is HERE ALSO! One side has to be SMOOTH! No need for spikes against our skin! It leaves my skin red and irritated. This helps keep the wig in place, but is very painful to wear. It's so tight that it cuts off blood flow and gives me a headache after just a few minutes of wearing it. He also pulls hair out of my wigs when I try to take the wig off my head. I do not recommend it!
