Arrived damaged and dirty

Even though the product was shrink wrapped, the product could still leak and ruin the order. L'Oreal has to put this cleaner in a dispenser bottle because the hard plastic cap on the tube breaks easily, is difficult to open, and makes dispensing messy. I gave five for the effectiveness of the detergent itself.
