I'm sure it still works but the tool was damaged and unboxed. Looks like they sent me an old used one. I need to glue the rubber part that prevents you from scratching the connector back. Disappointed. To update. They offered to send a new one or return 50%. I took a refund and used the tool anyway. The tool fell apart and I still had to use another, larger set of drives to seal the fork. The inner tube of my fork has a diameter of 49 mm and the fork oil seal drive is in no way suitable for it. It will only scratch your forks. For small forks this can work well. Anyway I got it working. then i threw it away. One time use I think (FYI I'm a motorcycle mechanic and have worked with bikes for years, I've done a lot of work on fork seals and this wasn't user error). If you're desperate, this tool will work, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend buying it. I give them 2 stars because the tool can get the job done (once maybe twice if you're lucky) when you're desperate and the customer service was good.
