great when assembled but assembly is a nightmare due to many factors

great table when assembled but assembly is a nightmare due to many factors. I have a degree in Technical Communications and I know how to write user friendly instructions (and they are not user friendly). ALL individual assembly parts must be identified with a sticker and letter in conjunction with instructions and detail drawings, not just some as before, and each of the assembly steps must be individually detailed and lettered. Part of the annotations to make it more user friendly and less confusing. Instead of just grouping each individual step into basic steps and a single drawing. As it is now, bad experiences ruin a great product and discourage you from buying other products from the manufacturer. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MANUFACTURER. There are a few good other products in the box on the product page but the thought of having to build them based on a negative build experience with this table puts me and probably other existing customers off even thinking of doing anything else from this one manufacturer to buy. So you're losing existing customers to potential future customers to something that can easily be fixed by adding a few more stickers and rewriting the assembly instructions. Encourage your technical writers and design-manufacturer packaging teams to collaborate on the production process, instead of simply handing off the final product to technical writers and having them write assembly instructions with just the final product. Suggestion Buy an IKEA table and have your design, assembly, packaging and technical editor assemble the table using IKEA instructions to learn how to design production and write customer-friendly assembly instructions. I think IKEA's instructions and packaging design are the gold standard for easy, sane assembly.
