Very strong stopper
This product is very strong and reliable. My girlfriend loves the finish. They have several mounting options. I was able to just screw mine directly onto the baseboards with the screws that came with it. You are very safe. Keep in mind that depending on the difference in length of the old stopper, you may need to reposition it.
