I normally use Crest Whitening Strips but have found that the strips make my teeth very sensitive. So I looked for another whitening product and settled on this one. Based on other reviews, I was confident that without sensitivity, this would give the desired results. I've been using the product for three days. On the first day I put the gel in the splint according to the instructions that came with the product and left it on for ten minutes. Nice bonus. The light on the cap will turn off after 10 minutes. After the first use I noticed white spots on my front teeth. The spots began to disappear by nightfall. On the second day, I decided to apply the gel directly to my teeth with the small brush that came with the kit instead of placing it in a tray. The results after using the light for 10 minutes were remarkable. On the third day I decided to paint the product again and was very happy with the result. I think I'll use another routine and then stop for a while until needed again (I love coffee and red wine). Oh, and NO SENSITIVITY (so happy to report)!
